| 説明 | Our family has been making wines with passion for many generations. Since 1990, Stefano Lubiana Wines has continued that passion in Australia’s beautiful island state of Tasmania. There, in the pristine Derwent Valley, Steve and Monique Lubiana own and operate Tasmania’s first and only certified biodynamic vineyard. Its cool maritime location - at Granton, 20km north of the capital city of Hobart – is ideally suited to the production of cool climate wine grape varieties.Respectful of nature and working with its rhythms, we work hard to protect our environment, nourish our soils and strengthen our vines with compost teas, natural minerals and plant-based preparations. Our exceptional 25ha (55 acres) vineyard produces elegant sparkling and table wines with fine structures and natural balance, celebrated products of a proud family heritage first established in Italy more than a century ago.Since September 2012, our modern, on-site winery has been certified for organic wine production. Wines made prior to 2009 were produced under low-impact conventional viticultural management. Those from 2009-2012 were made while our site was officially ‘in conversion’ to ‘certified biodynamic.’ Full certification was successfully completed in March 2013. They are like nothing else on earth." (Decanter, May 2010 edition).Our Granton Vineyard is also home to the Stefano Lubiana Wines Biodynamic Food and Wine Interpretation Centre.
