説明 | Los Angeles criminalized public urination in 2003 while promising to build 150 public bathrooms. The good news about this scene: it is a public private partnership between the pissing public and the private storage building owners so it doesn't cost the tax payers a dime. The bad: LA has almost 4 million residents and a PROMISE to build 150 public toilets (a .000038th of a toilet per capita!); public pooping and peeing is a great way to spread disease.Like all great public amenities, this one has a public art component (silver POOKE tag on the door!), it is handicap accessible (the sidewalk ramp is off to the right). it is convenient to the freeway system (smooth flow of high speed vehicle traffic - no delays! Pee and go!), plenty of free parking (just 25 yards away you can park for an hour for free). This public bathroom has multiple daily newspapers provided for your convenience free of charge! Hey, Thomas Jefferson once said, "Where the press is free, and every man able to read, all is safe." Couldn't agree more Tommy my boy! |
