Groundand 1st floors rusticated. Ground floor has round-archedwindows. Upper floors to 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 8th baysrecessed behind parapet and scrolls. Windows with mullionsand transoms of 3 lights. Those to projecting bays withtransom only. Those to 5th and 6th floors in round headedrecesses with balconies. Top floor recessed behind Doriccolonnade. Frieze and bracketed cornice. Receding atticswith parapets. Roof piled up with turrets and domes inreceding stages. Clock towers with copper liver birds ontop. Iron railings and stone piers all round at base.
