| 説明 | I took this picture in June of 1975 while visiting my good friend, Pete Owens, who was in training at Lowry AFB - Denver. The base was known for special technical training. The plaque reads Department of Aerospace Munitions - Missiles Training Branch - BLDG 901.I find it amazing that Bronx Highbridge kids were routinely picked by the government to be in command of stuff like this or other high end positions with great responsibility. Look at how NASA picked another Highbridge kid, Mario Runco, to be an astronaut. |
