| 説明 | It is interesting to see three generations of architecture. On the foreground there's a typically onion-domed Orthodox church, the religion that dominates Russian culture for centuries. Then in the middle the Stalinist Ministry of Foreign Affairs, symbolizing the Soviet era. Finally, the skyscrapers in the background of 'Moscow City' could be regarded as the architecture of post-1991 Russia, opening up for the world market and, therefore, capitalism. |
